CEO & FOUNDER
Treva R. Woodson
Treva R. Woodson is the Founder, President & CEO of CWF Inc. and an executive nonprofit and community leader with more than 25 years of experience across corporate, nonprofit, and civic sectors. Since 2011, she has led initiatives centered on leadership development, workforce support, personal growth, and economic development for women, families, and communities. Treva brings deep expertise in organizational leadership, operations, grant strategy, partnership cultivation, and community impact. Her background includes executive leadership with Covenant Women’s Fellowship, I Care Alabama, and the Central Alabama Redevelopment Alliance, along with 21 years at UPS in Industrial Engineering and Information Technology.
